    • Technical support, training, and lead-generation consulting for professional studios.
  4. SALES AND EQUIPMENT
    • Orders: All orders for equipment are subject to availability and formal confirmation via a signed Sales Agreement.
    • Pricing: Prices are listed in Euros (€). For Greek business entities, VAT (ΦΠΑ) will be applied at the prevailing rate unless valid tax exemptions apply (e.g., intra-community acquisitions).
    • Delivery: Risk of loss passes to the client upon delivery of the equipment to the specified location.
  5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    All content on Zenic.gr, including the "ZENIC Advantage" framework, logos, text, technical descriptions, and marketing templates, is the intellectual property of Zenic IKE. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our strategic materials for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.
  6. STRATEGY AS A SERVICE & CONSULTING
    • The business plans and marketing strategies provided are intended to support studio profitability. However, Zenic IKE does not guarantee specific financial results, as business success depends on local market conditions and client execution.
    • Advice provided under our "Strategy as a Service" model is based on current market trends and the technical specifications of our equipment.
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by Greek Law, Zenic IKE shall not be liable for::
    • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our equipment or strategies.
    • Technical interruptions of the Site.
    • Business decisions made by the client based on provided consulting roadmaps.
  8. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
