How We Hire: Our Selection Process

At ZENIC, we value clarity, speed, and real-world performance. Our recruitment process is designed to identify motivated, action-oriented individuals who are ready to take ownership and grow. Each stage helps us understand how you think, communicate, and execute in practical situations.

Application Review & Preselection Once the application period is completed, our team carefully reviews all submitted applications. We evaluate each profile based on relevant experience, communication clarity, and overall fit for the role. Candidates who meet our initial criteria are selected for the next stage.

Initial Online Screening (10 minutes) Selected candidates are invited to a short online conversation. The goal of this step is to understand your background, motivation, and communication style. We focus on how you think, how you express yourself, and how you approach professional situations.

In-Person Interview (30 minutes) Candidates who progress further are invited to an in-person interview in Thessaloniki. At this stage, we go deeper into your experience, your mindset, and how you approach real-life situations. This is also your opportunity to better understand the role, expectations, and the way we work at ZENIC.

Practical Assessment As a final evaluation step, selected candidates are asked to complete a short practical task. This is not about perfect answers - we focus on how you structure your thinking, take initiative, and approach real business scenarios. This stage allows us to evaluate execution mindset and problem-solving ability.

Final Selection & Offer After reviewing all stages of the process, we select the candidate who best fits both the role and our way of working. The selected candidate receives a formal offer along with the next steps to join ZENIC.
