    • Performance & Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors reach the site and move through it, and Microsoft Clarity, which additionally records an anonymised replay of the visit — mouse movement, clicks and scrolling — together with heatmaps, so that we can see where visitors run into difficulty. Text you type into forms, including your VAT number, name, email address, telephone number and address, is masked in your browser before any recording leaves it. Recordings are kept for 30 days.
    • Marketing: The Meta (Facebook) Pixel records that you reached the site after seeing one of our advertisements, so that we can measure which campaigns bring genuine interest and, where you have allowed it, so that relevant advertising can be shown to you.

    • _clsk: Microsoft Clarity. Groups the pages of one visit into a single recording. Stored for one day.
    • .AspNetCore.Culture: Remembers whether you are reading the site in Greek or in English. Strictly necessary, set without consent, and stored for one year.
  5. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
    Google, Meta and Microsoft process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The transfer relies on their certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Each of them acts as a separate controller or processor under its own terms, which are published on its website.
